Nashville General Hospital Transforms Two Floors Into COVID-19 Alternate Care Site

The 26,292-square-foot space will house an additional 67 beds.

Nashville General Hospital (Nashville) is expanding hospital capacity for the treatment of coronavirus patients, according to an article in Community Impact Newspaper.

The hospital turned two floors totaling 26,292 square feet into space for 67 beds to treat COVID-19 patients. The unit will be used if the region begins to exceed its existing hospital capacity.
