The 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital will house a therapy gym, activities of daily living suite, dialysis unit, therapy courtyard, dining room, pharmacy, and dayroom.

The expansion will house more than 300 patient beds, bringing the hospital’s total patient capacity to 696 beds.

The project will include 150 inpatient beds, an ED, MOB, and ambulatory surgery center.

The expansion will double the square footage of the existing hospital and house ambulatory care, ICU, labor and delivery, and medical/surgical services.

The 17,452-square-foot MOB will house clinical orthopedic services as well as physical therapy and imaging.

The 450,000-square-foot Wellness Village will house a youth and family care center, wellness and education center, recovery center, supportive housing, and restorative care.

The 27,000-square-foot Echo Park hospital wing will house 37 adolescent inpatient beds with a focus on at-risk youth battling eating disorders, gender identity issues, and trauma.

The new medical campus is part of a $1 billion expansion and will house up to 200 beds as well as labor and delivery, ICU, emergency, imaging, and OR departments.

The joint venture project houses 52 rehabilitation beds, interdisciplinary therapy gyms, therapeutic courtyards with gardens, walking paths, and pickleball courts.
