The 6-acre campus will occupy the former Medical Center of Southeast Texas – Victory Campus and include an ED, surgical space, and medical offices.

Novant Health added two laboratories, 21 exam rooms, two play therapy areas, and four open infusion bays to the existing facility.

The $4.2 million project includes a new wing of exam and treatment rooms and multifunctional ambulance garage.

The site will generate up to 70 percent of the health system’s electricity needs in the state.

The $24 million project will include eight emergency rooms, eight acute care inpatient beds, outpatient imaging, and lab services.

The project doubled the size of the emergency department to 40,000 square feet and added two trauma rooms and three ORs.

The new facility will include outpatient services on the first floor and a 24-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital on the second level.

The proposed plan would deliver a new 303-bed hospital and a 3,500-square-foot energy center.
